Her career spans over two decades in the restaurant, retail, and leisure industries, with a focus on restaurant/cafe operations and training.

Maerav has managed over 60 restaurant/café openings in the UK and the USA. She has consulted with a range of food service operators including; Albert Roux Cafes, Virgin Trains, Viva Vegan, Bennigan’s, Starbucks, Phood Farmacy, Panera Bread, Viva Vegan, and the Royal Caribbean Group.

Maeray continues to support the group with a focus on operations and training.
