Thelma has 15 years of experience which encompasses the hospitality, commercial, institutional, and residential sectors.

Thelma began her professional journey working in marketing and promotions, where she refined her leadership skills as a lead brand ambassador and directed activations. She later moved into project management, where she enhanced her expertise by overseeing mobile integration projects and ensuring compliance with Federal Communications Commission regulations.

Her international and domestic experience, combined with her sharp management skills ensure that each project is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

She currently controls all project management, permit expediting, and procurement together with internal systems and technology development.

Thelma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from Hunter College, New York.

Her project management skills, experience in using technology innovations, together with her communication and people skills have proved invaluable to the group’s development.
